摘要：An arrangement for interconnecting coaxial cables to a device (12), such as atesting apparatus for an integrated circuit chip, includes an apertured plate (120) ofelectrically conducting material which allows to position one or more connectors (180) inregistration with corresponding terminals of the device. Each connector includes a spring-
loaded probe insulated from a housing (128) of the connector and making connectionbetween an inner conductor of a coaxial cable and the corresponding terminal of thedevice. Also included may be signal-return spring-loaded probes (162) mounted in theplate (120) and electrically connected thereby to the outer conductors of the coaxialcables to provide signal-return paths with corresponding terminals of the device. Usingtwo such connectors, a pair of cables can be joined.
