内容简介

本书由信息工程师监理基础理论、信息系统工程师网络建设监理、应用系统工程建设监理三部分组成,重点讲述了信息系统网络工程与应用工程在招投标、设计、施工、验收阶段监理工作等内容。

本书所指的信息系统工程是信息化工程建设中的信息网络系统、信息资源系统、信息应用系统的新建、升级、改造工程,其中,信息资源系统是信息化建设的核心,地位十分重要。但是,考虑到在信息化建设实践中,几乎从未看到过孤立存在的“核心”,即信息资源系统往往是和信息应用系统紧密结合在一起的,所以,本书中信息资源系统建设的监理融合在信息应用系统或信息网络系统监理中。
