摘要：PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rust preventive coating treatment liquidhaving adhesiveness and anticorrosion (rust prevention) to light metal such as aluminumwithout requiring a chemical conversion treatment.SOLUTION: A rust preventive coatingtreatment liquid contains a synthetic resin having a glass transition temperature (Tg) of50-500°C and a dielectric constant (ε) of 5.0F/m or less and an organic silicon compound.The rust preventive coating treatment liquid has adhesiveness of the organic siliconcompound to the light metal and enables the organic silicon compound to be bonded tothe light metal without requiring a chemical conversion treatment, has airtightness(without moving electric charge) and has excellent rust prevention, because Tg of thesynthetic resin is 50-500°C and an article to be coated after coating is not in a rubberstate exceeding a glass transition temperature but in a glass state on a usual usecondition (normal temperature). The synthetic resin has ε of 5.0F/m or less, which isexcellent in compatibility with the organic silicon compound and storage stability as acoating material.SELECTED DRAWING: None
