摘要：The method involves acquiring location information by an acquisition module(MACQ) of a terminal (TRM), where the module is external to a secure module (MSEC) i.e.subscriber identity module card. The information is stored in the secure module. Thelocation information of the terminal is obtained from a memory (MEM) e.g. RAM(102), ofthe secure module by reading a temporary mobile subscriber identity (TMSI) or locationarea identification (LAI) field of a localization file. An application e.g. payment application(API), is selected from the location information. Independent claims are also included forthe following: (1) a terminal (2) a computer program comprising instructions for executinga method for selecting an application partially executable by a secure module when thecomputer program is executed by a processor (3) a recording medium readable by acomputer for recording a computer program comprising instructions for execution ofsteps of a method for selecting an application partially executable by a secure module(4) a secure module comprising a microcircuit.
