摘要：An electronic device, a method for viewing a desktop (500) thereof, and acomputer program product are provided. One of n continuous areas (510, 520, ..., 570) of
the desktop and a navigation bar (610) are displayed in a touch screen of the electronicdevice. The navigation bar includes an indicator (620) and n indexes (..., ..., 634, ..., ...)wherein the n indexes are respectively corresponding to the n areas, and the indicatorpoints to the index (634) corresponding to the area (540) currently displayed in the touchscreen. When a sliding operation applied to the indicator is detected on the navigationbar (610), the desktop and the indicator are moved according to the sliding operation.When the sliding operation terminates, an index closest to the indicator is selected fromthe n indexes as a target index. Finally, the indicator is controlled to point to the targetindex, and a target area corresponding to the target index is displayed in the touchscreen.
