摘要：An automatic method of and apparatus for taking up slack or relieving unduetension in a closed loop chain conveyor traveling in a corresponding track loop bydividing the track into separate sections, sensing the elongation or contraction in thechain in one section, and responding to such sensing to move the other track sectionaway from or toward the said one track section to compensate for the chain lengthvariation.
