【摘 要】Objective: To assess the data quality of syphilis cases reported by National Sexually Transmitted Disease Surveillance Points in Hubei, Provide a basis for improving the syphilis repont accuracy. Methods: We download the reported syphilis cases from 2012 to 2014 from China infectious disease reporting information system to survey and evaluate the data quality and diagnosis quality of syphilis cases according to the national protocol and syphilis diagnostic criteria. Results:The proportion of filling out report cards in time was 100%. The proportions of com⁃pletely and correctly filling out were 97. 76% and 99. 07%. The proportion of correct diagnosis for syphilis cases was high with 94. 63%. The proportions of correct stage of primary, secondary and latent syphilis were 92. 15%, 95. 30% and 95. 10% respectively. Syphilis diagnosis has significant differences between different areas (P<0. 05). The proportions of 2 serological tests used for syphilis in 2012, 2013 and 2014 were 89. 2%, 98. 64% and 97. 9% respectively. Conclusion: the number of syphilis case diagnosis report was rising year by year in Hubei. It is urged that the training on related doctors in syphilis diagnosis criteria should be strengthened to substantially

improve the data quality.%目的：了解湖北省国家级性病监测点梅毒报告病例数据的质量，为提高梅毒报告准确率提供依据。方法：从中国疾病信息系统下载2012－2014年湖北省国家级性病监测点梅毒报告病例，按国家方案和诊断标准对报告的梅毒病例信息质量和诊断质量进行现场调查与评价。结果：梅毒病例报告卡填写及时率为100％，填写完整率和填写正确率分别为97．76％和99．07％；对梅毒病例的诊断治疗进行评价，梅毒病例诊断正确率达94．63％，一期、二期和隐性梅毒临床分期正确率分别为92．15％，95．30％和95．10％，不同地区之间梅毒诊断准确性差异具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。2012年湖北省开展梅毒2项血清学检测的比例为89．20％，2013年和2014年为98．64％、97．90％。结论：湖北省梅毒病例报告诊断准确率不断提高，应扩大梅毒诊断标准培训范围，切实提高病例数据质量。 【总页数】3页(P22-24) 【作 者】周翔;李旺华;李玲;陈辉
