engaged with the first input shaft and an output shaft and select the shifting gear pairsuited for a driving speed by a synchronizer. A counter shaft is configured to be disposedin parallel with the output shaft, and an assist input gear is configured to be coupled withthe counter shaft via an assist clutch and engaged with an output gear provided at theoutput shaft to form a gear ratio of a specific shifting stage.
