摘要：An approach is provided for content-based investigation services. Event datacorresponding to content satisfying a predetermined criterion is received. A plurality of

prioritization parameters relating to the content are retrieved. One or more of theprioritization parameters are selected based on the received event data. A prioritizationscore for the event data is generated using the selected parameters. Inspection of theevent data is scheduled according to the prioritization score. A determination isselectively made whether the content is in violation according to the inspection.
