There was once a little girl. She had no family and no one loved her. She was not happy at all. One day, when she was walking through a forest，she found a small butterfly caught in a thorn(带刺的)bush. The more the butterfly tried to go out, the deeper(更深 的)the thorns cut into its body. The little girl carefully let go the butterfly. To her surprise, the butterfly didn’t fly away and she changed into a beautiful fairy(仙女).

Everyone asked her the secret of her happiness. She would only smile and answer, “The secret of my happiness is that I listened to a butterfly fairy when I was a little girl. ”

When she was very old，the neighbors all came to visit her, and they asked what the butterfly fairy told her.
