叉车充电安全操作规定

Battery recharging rules about forklift

1.设立蓄电池的充电区，在此区域：严禁烟火。Do set a restricted area for battery charger .in this area, No Smoking, No Sparks. 2.在连接和断开充电器和蓄电池之前，确保叉车正确的停下，并且车的电源和充电器的电源已关闭。Do ensure to switch off the forklift and charger before connecting and disconnecting the battery

3.确保充电的电缆和插头被储存在整洁的安全的地方 Do ensure charging cables and plugs are store neatly and in a safety position. 4.保持电池顶部的干燥和清洁，保持接线端子的干净免受腐蚀。Do keep the battery top clean and dry, keep the terminals clean and free from corrosion,.

5.如果酸溅到地面，尽可能快的用碱去中和。如果酸接触到皮肤，用大量的水去冲洗；如果酸溅到眼睛，立即用洗眼器的水去冲洗。然后就医。Do if acid is spilled on the ground; neutralize spillage as quickly using an alkali. If acid come in contact with the skin, wash off with plenty of clean water, if the acid splashes into the eyes. Immediately use the eyewash to wash, and see a medical advice.

6.当加入电池补充液时，要使用安全眼镜、橡胶手套。Do always use the safety mask and safety glasses, rubber gloves.

7.在工作在电池上时，要从手上，手腕上和颈上移开所有的金属物品（手表，项链和戒指）。Do remove any metallic item from hands , wrists or neck (rings, chains, watch) before working on the battery.

10.保持充电的电缆远离地面。Do keep the charging cables off the floor.

11.在使用充电器之前，发现电缆， 插座和充电器损坏要修理和更换。Do repair or replace damaged cables, plugs or charger before attempting to use the charger.
