酒店房务总监岗位描述
岗位描述:
1、全面负责酒店的房务工作,监管和指导前厅部、客房部、洗衣房以及娱乐健身俱乐部的日常工作,确保酒店环境的安全、清洁、舒适、便利和安宁;
2、保证员工为客人提供热情、周到的服务;尽可能满足客人的住宿要求,最大限度地提高客房的出租率、客房收入和平均房价;
3、完成营业收入预算,控制劳动成本和支出,在职责范围内获取最大的利润;
4、协调房务部各部门之间相关信息的交流工作,并指导房务部与其它部门,特别是工程部和保安部之间的信息交流。
任职要求:
1、具有酒店行政管理,商业管理或相关专业本科及以上学历;
2、拥有6年酒店宾客服务工作经验,包括3年管理经验;
3、能熟练使用微软办公软件;
4、具备良好英文口语及书写能力;
5、良好的敬业精神和职业道德操守,责任心、事业心强,具备较强的执行力,富有激

Position: Director of Rooms
Job Description
1、Assume overall responsibility for the housekeeping;Oversee and direct all the daily operations of Front Office, Housekeeping, Laundry and Recreation and Health Club; Ensure a safe, clean, comfortable, convenient and tranquil environment of the hotel.
2、Ensure that the staff offer a warm and thoughtful service; Satisfy the guests’ accommodation request to the best of its ability and maximize the room occupancy rate, room revenue and average room daily price
3、Achieve budgeted revenues, control labor costs and expenses, and maximize profitability within the scope of its responsibility.
4、Coordinate the exchange of pertinent information among subordinate departments within Rooms Division and direct the exchange of information with other departments, especially Engineering and Security
Required Qualifications
1、Bachelor’s degree or above in Hotel Administration, Business Administration or equivalent
