The settingdevice (50) comprises: a broker information storage unit (502) configured to store thebroker information received by the communication unit (501); a broker informationsetting unit (503) configured to generate the partition information based on the brokerinformation stored in the broker information storage unit (502); and a partitioninformation update unit (504) configured to update the partition information stored inthe partition information storage unit (402) to the partition information generated by thebroker information setting unit (503).
