摘要：Improved thermoplastic materials are provided which are polymeric productscomprising from 99 to 1 percent by weight of vinyl chloride units, from 1 to 90 percent byweight of N-aryl maleimide units and from 0 to 49 percent by weight of units derivedfrom at least one other copolymerisable ethylenically unsaturated compound. Veryinteresting materials are obtained when the said compound comprises not more than 20percent by weight of the polymeric product. The preferred products contain from 60 to99 percent by weight of vinyl chloride residues, from 1 to 40 percent by weight of N-arylmaleimide residues and 0 to 20 percent by weight of residues derived from the othermonoethylenically unsaturated compound.
