摘要：A capacitance element electrode (E) and a reference electrode (E) are formedon a substrate () so as to be opposite to a displacement electrode (). A dome-shapedmovable switch electrode (E) is disposed so as to be in contact with the referenceelectrode (E) and at a distance from a fixed switch electrode (E) formed inside the

reference electrode (E), and to cover the fixed switch electrode (E). When an operation isapplied to a detective member () and a portion of the movable switch electrode (E) in thevicinity of its top is displaced to be brought into contact with fixed switch electrode (E), aswitch is turned ON. On the other hand, from a change in capacitance value of acapacitance element (C) formed between the displacement electrode () and thecapacitance element electrode (E), the intensity of the force to the detective member ()can be recognized.
