ITO 蚀刻膏工艺流程

Process flow of ITO etching paste

ITO玻璃(薄膜):在其导电层需要蚀刻的部位丝网印刷“蚀刻油墨”一烘箱烘烤一自来 水/超声波清洗一烘干玻璃表面水份一蚀刻工艺完成。

本工艺流程的特点与传统的刻蚀工艺刚好相反 (传统工艺中覆盖油墨部分的导电膜被保留 而本工艺覆盖刻蚀油墨的导电膜部分则被刻蚀掉 ) 。

部分导电层厚度较薄的ITO薄膜,印刷后常温放置约20分钟即可完成蚀刻,环境湿度控 制在 50%左右 5 小时内蚀刻膏无扩散。

ITO 蚀刻膏注意事项: ITO etch paste precautions:

1 •生产环境温度控制在20-28 C,湿度45-60%。如在自然温度下蚀刻,环境湿度控制在 50%左右 5 小时内无扩散,湿度过高,油墨可能出现扩散现象。

烤10分钟时蚀刻不完全时。可以采用升温到 110度 1 0分钟、或 100度 1 5分钟均能提高 蚀刻效果。
