摘要：The invention relates to a separating can (39) and a method for producing thesame. Fluid flow engines and drive motors can be encased in a housing, if a separation ismade in the electric motor by a tube-shaped component, known as the separating can(39). The separating can (39) must be sufficiently large to be strong and electrically non-conductive. It is proposed according to the invention: that it is made at least partially of aceramic or glass-like material, or is made at least partially of a polymer matrix reinforcedby means of fibers, or is produced by means of the following steps: - filling a capsule witha powder, - evacuating the capsule, - pressing the capsule at a temperature and apressure such that the powder particles fuse together or sinter, whereby the capsule isdeformed.
