摘要：2.1 With conveyor bottoms (10, 12) which oscillate in opposite directions andwhich can experience a lateral inclination, there are guide plates (14, 16) which areintended to prevent the material on the conveyor bottom (10, 12) from slipping towardsthe downhill side. However, a weak point proves to be the transition between the twoconveyor bottoms (10, 12) when the guide plates (14, 16) move away from one anotherand the conveyed material accumulates in a gap formed between these. The flow ofmaterial is thereby disrupted and the guide plates (14, 16) are damaged when they moveup to one another again and the gap formed between them is blocked. 2.2 To solve thisproblem, the guide plates (14) located upstream are so designed that they overlap thedownstream guide plates (16) in a roof-shaped manner at least over part of their length.2.3 Such an arrangement of guide plates (14, 16) is found especially in combineharvesters.
