摘要：A conductor board (1) has a cutout (2) into which a plate (3) with high thermalconductivity is inserted from the soldering side. A component (6) is mounted directly onthe heat-conducting plate (3) on the component side and riveted or screwed to it. Boththe heat-conducting plate (3) and the component (6) have edges which project beyondthe edge of the cutout (2), thereby fixing the position of the component and, in addition,ensuring good heat dissipation. The subsequent soldering of the connecting pins (10) ofthe component (6) to the connection holes in the conductor board results in a stress-freesolder joint 14 which is not at risk as a result of external stresses.
