摘要：Problem to be solved: to provide a touch switch capable of performing anoperation using the pressing force in the touch switch for receiving touch operation fromthe user. The touch switch has at least a cover glass 12 and a pressure sensor 16. Thecover glass 12 has a flexible operating portion 30 for receiving a touch operation from

the first main surface 22. The flexible operating portion 30 has a concave portion 34formed on the second main surface 24 side and has a thickness smaller than that of otherparts, and has a compressive stress layer 26 on both main surfaces.The pressure sensingsensor 16 is adapted to output a signal corresponding to the pressure applied to theflexible operating portion 30 on the second main surface 24 of the cover glass 12.Further, the pressure sensing sensor 16 is provided with a predetermined gap withrespect to the flexible operating portion 30 so as to be in contact with the flexibleoperating portion 30 only when the flexible operating portion 30 is deformed bypressing.
