DDU(未完税交货)

-“Delivered Duty Unpaid(... named place of destination)\",即\"未完税交货(......指定目的地)\"。它指卖方将备好的货物,在进口国指定的地点交付,而且须承担货物运至指定地点的一切费用和风险(不包括关税、捐税及进口时应支付的其他官方费用),另外须承担办理海关手续的费用和风险。买方须承担因未能及时办理货物进口结关而引起的额外费用和风险。本术语适用于各种运输方式。 DDP:完税后交货(……指定目的港)

“完税后交货(……指定目的地)”是指卖方在指定的目的地,办理完进口清关手续,将在交货运输工具上尚未卸下的货物交与买方,完成交货。卖方必须承担将货物运至指定的目的地的一切风险和费用,包括在需要办理海关手续时在目的地应交纳的任何“税费”(包括办理海关手续的责任和风险,以及交纳手续费、关税、税款和其他费用)。 记名提单是指在收货人那一栏填上具体的收货人公司电话信息,否则就是不记名提单。指示提单是在收货人那一栏填 TO ORDER 。

全式提单是指在提单背面印有运输条款的;简式提单则没有。 舱面提单(On Deck B/L):指表明货物装在船舶甲板上的提单。

过期提单的原意是指晚于货物到达目的港的提单。自国际商会《跟单信用证统一惯例》规定银行拒绝接受晚于信用证规定的交单期限提交的单据后,有人也把这种晚交的提单归入过期提单。但就其本质而言,真正的过期提单应当主要是指前者。

倒签提单是在L\\C基础上的,实际装货期晚于L/C上规定的装货期,而要求船公司将提单上的装货期改写到L/C规定的最晚装货期之前。这种情况货代是会冒风险的。

预借提单是指你的货已送到装货港,但货还没上船,而要求船公司提前出提单。正常是货上了船船公司才会出提单的。这种情况也是在L/C贸易条款下出口商才会提这样的要求。预借提单货代同样是有风险的。
