课题名称 Unit 3 Look at me A Let's talk &Let's 课时 1 授课时间 do 1.通过看图,正确回答问题,能够听懂、会说How are you? I'm fine, thank you. Let's go to school. OK.通过观看视频,回答问题,理解对话内容。 2.通过模仿跟读,体验用正确语音语调的朗读对话;通过角色扮演,学习目标 表演生动,提升语言能力。 3.通过课堂游戏,创编对话,在语境中运用How are you? I'm fine, thank you.有礼貌地询问别人的近况并进行回答,以及运用句型Let'…向别人提议一起做某事并进行回答,提高语言能力,发展思维品质。 学习 重难点 重点:本课时的重点核心句型的语言表达运用; 难点:fine 字母 i 的发音及thank中th的发音/θ/。 课件,音视频、头饰等 Step I. Warm-up/Revision. T: Good morning, boys and girls. Nice to meet you!This class we are going to learn Unit 3 Look at me A Let's talk(书写课题)First let's sing a song of Unit 1 1.师播放歌曲 “Hello”教师可以边唱边用手势示意学生,将歌曲中的人名改为同班同学的名字。 【设计意图】通过听、唱旋律优美的歌曲,给学生创造一个开放宽松 的环境,营造和谐的英语学习氛围,使学生怀着轻松愉快的心情投入学习。同时引出了本节课的新授内容。 2.Free talk (1)A: Hello, I'm___. B: Good morning. A:______________. (2)A: Hello! I'm______.What's your name? B:I'm Nice to meet you. A:Nice to meet you,too. 所需条件 学 习 过 程 【设计意图】复习第二单元问候和打招呼句型,以旧知引入新知,营造良好的英语学习,为新知的学习奠定基础。 Step 2. Presentation T: Boys and girls, look out of the window. It's sunny today. I'm very happy.Look at me.I'm fine. Help students get the meaning of“I'm fine.”with body language and facial expressions. T:What about you? How are you? Lead students to answer with the sentence :“I'm fine,thank you.” Write down“How are you?-I'm fine, thank you.”on the blackboard and let students read several times. T:How are you? Ss:I'm fine,thank you. 师板书带读句子,提醒fine中的i的发音以及thank中th的发音。教师注意带读不易掌握的读音,如:I'm fine, thank you. 一句中 fine 中的元音字 \"i\" 的读音是[ai] ,提示学生口型要略大些。而thank一词中的th 在发音时,要让舍尖处于上下齿之间,教师可以夸大口型,让学生了解发音方法。(告诉学生, How are you? 与以前所学 Hello. Hi等问候语不同点在于: How are you? 是用于熟人之间有一段时间未见面,或是对方身体欠佳,或是较正式的向别人打招呼等场合。因此,同学们不必每次见面都问How are you? ,每天见面时,只要说Hello. 和 Hi就可以了。) 【设计意图】谈话中自然引入新句子,通过说、唱唱、做做练习新句子,让学生能理解How are you?的正确发音及其回答,使学生易于理解和掌握,。 1.Show the picture of school and say: Look, This is my school.I like it. This is your school.This is my second time to come here.It's so nice.I really like it.And it's a nice day today.Let's play ping-pang after school. OK ? (Teach the sentence structure “Let's...”and the word “school” ) T: Let's play football/fly a kite/ride a bike... Help students understand the sentence structure “Let's...”with body language.Point to the schoolbag and take it. T:Oh It's time for class. Let's go to school. 学 习 过 程 Ss:OK! Show the two pictures of“Let’s talk” Let students look at the pictures carefully.Ask some questions to help them predict the main idea of the dialogue. The questions are like these: Who is the girl? What does the girl say to the bird? Who is the boy?Where are they? What are they doing? T: Look at the pictures. What can you see in Picture 1? What can you see in Picture 2? Now answer my questions. Ss:... 【设计意图】通过问题引导学生观察并讨论图片,借助图片预测教学内容,培养学生的观察能力和逻辑推理能力。通过预测图片内容激活已有知识,并提取与文本有关的知识,进入文本话题。 4.Read and act. (1)Play the cartoon for the first time.(课件出示:教材P24Let's talk板块的视频)Ask students to read after the recording. Let students pay attention to the pronunciation and the intonation. (2) Play the cartoon again. Let students practice the dialogue in groups and fill in the blanks。 (3) Let students wear the headdresses and role-play, then share it with the class. 【设计意图】播放录音,学生听录音跟读。引导学生按照正确的语音、语调朗读对话,并在小组中进行角色扮演。以补全句子的形式进行文本再识记,加强对重点句型的记忆,帮助学生梳理重点知识, Step 4: Practice Chain work. Divide students into several groups. Let students ask and answer in two chains. Chain 1: S1:How are you? S2:I’m fine,thank you.How are you? S3:I’m fine thank you. How are you? ... Chain 2: S1:Let's go to school,S2 S2:OK! Lets go to school,S3. S3:OK!.. Step 5: Consolidation & Extension 1.Make a dialogue. Let students make their own dialogues in pairs according to the example. 2.Find friends T: Boys and girls, Let's play a game. When the music begins, go around the classroom and talk to others with the sentence“Let's go to school”If he/she answers“OK!”you can be friends.Find as more friends as you can. When the music stops, you should go back to your seat Now, begin. T: How many friends do you have? Who are they? Give a present to the student who does the best performance. Step 6 Summary and enjoy the song--Teddy Bear. 1.Play a video of the song.(课件出示:歌曲《Teddy Bear》的视频) 2. Ask students to enjoy the song and try to sing after it.
