摘要：The invention concerns a method for depositing on a substrate at least onemetal oxide coating, said metal oxide coating being produced by depositing on thesubstrate a colloidal solution (sol) of a metal hydroxide then forming said metal oxide bypyrolysis of the gel obtained from said colloidal solution. The invention is characterized inthat the colloidal solution is deposited on the substrate in thixotropic state. Theinvention is in particular applicable to the catalysis of reactions in liquid or gas phase onsolids.
