The days of multi-layer air tickets appear numbered,as the China Air Transport Association (CATA)has stopped providing paper tickets and instructed sellers to issue e-tickets.The decision is in line with an International Air Transport Association (IATA) move that requires its 261 member airlines to abandon paper tickets for all their flights.
E-tickets will be issued(发售)once the current paper tickets have been used up.The change currently only applies to domestic flights.“We haven't received notice from the CATA that paper tickets for international flights will be stopped。”said a ticket agent in Beijing.
Customers will book tickets through airlines or ticket agents as usual, and will be given a booking reference number. They will then be able to use automatic check-in facilities at airports, and receive an invoice for reimbursement(报销).They can also check-in as normal at the counter. Special passengers like babies and those flying to airports without automatic check-in machines can still use paper tickets.

Despite having the Internet skills to take part in the online survey,43 per cent of interviewees said they would prefer to receive a paper ticket. While some feel more secure without the worry of a ticket missing, others said they did not trust sending personal details over the Internet, or worried that they would not get reimbursed.

How to keep that cold at bay?
It's winter and as you have probably noticed, germs are everywhere—runny noses sore-throats, high fever, headache, nothing quite like the common cold to make you feel miserable.
But experts believe that there is no link between cold weather and catching colds. So why are we particularly weak in this season, and why do we frequently catch a cold?
Internet medicine expert.Dr Meenaskshi Jain of Max Hospital says.“One reason could be because people are likely to stay indoors,so the virus can spread easily. Also the virus are created quickly in wet space.”
The common cold is a viral infection(病毒性感染)that can be caused by any of up to 250 strains of virus, the most common group of which are the rhinoviruses(鼻病毒)that hit the nose. They are responsible for anywhere between a third and half of all common colds.
“They are spread through the nose and respiratory passages(呼吸道),by touching, and by contacting with airborne dusts that are created by sneezing or coughing,”says Dr Jain. There is no cure for the common cold and antibiotics(抗菌药物)are of no help.However. there are some premeasures which can help:
Wash your hands regularly,so that germs get killed.
Don't touch your eyes, nose and mouth, which can limit your chances of infection. Don't share your drinking glasses with anyone as this will prevent the spread of the virus. Drink lots of water to avoid dehydration.
Make sure to eat enough fruits to improve your immune system.

Soapy turned off Broadway. It seemed that his route to the desired Island was not to be an enjoyable one. Some other way of entering limbo must be thought of.
At a corner of Sixth Avenue electric lights and cunningly displayed wares behind plate-glass made a shop window bright.Soapy took a stone and threw it through the glass.People came running round the corner,a policeman in the lead.Soapy stood still, with his hands in his pockets, and smiled at the sight of brass buttons.
“Where's the man that has done that?” asked the officer excitedly.
“Don't you figure out that I might have had something to do with it?” said Soapy, not without hatred, but friendly,as one greets good fortune.
The policeman's mind refused to accept Soapy even as a suspect.Men who break windows do not remain to talk with the law protector. They take to their heels. The policeman saw a man haft-way down the block running to catch a car. With drawn club he joined in the chasing. Soapy, with anger in his heart, wandered along, twice unsuccessful.
On the opposite side of the street was a restaurant of popular styles. It provided food to large appetites and modem purses. Its plates and atmosphere were thick;its soup and napkin thin.Into this place Soapy took his muddy shoes and tell-tale trousers without challenge. At the table he sat and enjoyed beefsteak, flapjacks, doughnuts and pie.And then to the waiter he betrayed the face that the minutest coin and himself were strangers.
“Now,get busy and call a cop,”said Soapy.“And don't keep a gentleman waiting.”
“No cop for you,”said the waiter, with a voice like butter cakes and an eye like the cherry in a

Manhattan cocktail,“Hey,Con!”
Nearly upon his left ear on the senseless pavement two waiters threw Soapy. He arose, joint by joint,as a carpenter's rule opens, and beat the dust from his clothes.Arrest seemed but a rosy dream. The Island seemed very far away.A policeman who stood before a drug store two doors away laughed and walked down the street.
